À PROPOS
La Conférence Internationale du Travail social de Rue et la Réunion du Groupe Pilote 2026 aborderont les thèmes essentiels du travail social de rue, en réponse aux besoins actuels des enfants et des jeunes.
Cette conférence hybride se tiendra en anglais, français et espagnol, à l’Université Saint Francis et au Hong Kong Playground Association – Jockey Club Silvermine Bay Camp, avec une diffusion en direct en ligne accessible à tous.
Les inscriptions sont dès à présent ouvertes à tous.

Programme de la conférence
Tous les deux ans, les représentants du Réseau Dynamo International se réunissent pour aborder les besoins actuels et mondiaux du travail social de rue. Le programme, d’une durée de deux jours, rassemblera des délégués du monde entier afin de partager leurs expériences et leurs connaissances autour des six grands thèmes de la Conférence 2026.

Réunion du Groupe Pilote
La Réunion du Groupe Pilote, d’une durée de deux jours, rassemblera des délégués du monde entier, offrant une plateforme d’échanges de connaissances, de partage d’expériences directes et de diffusion des meilleures pratiques.

Visite communautaire
Les délégués internationaux sont invités à visiter le programme Youth Night Drifters (YND), l’un des principaux services de Hong Kong axés sur la jeunesse. Des représentants d’organisations locales à but non lucratif animeront des visites guidées pour présenter leurs initiatives de travail social de rue, leurs méthodes et leurs approches visant à répondre aux besoins des jeunes.

Visite locale
Découvrez le paysage urbain dynamique et trépidant de la Perle de l’Orient, incluant les magnifiques panoramas du port Victoria, la vue spectaculaire depuis The Peak, et profitez de la chaleur et de l’hospitalité des habitants.

Edwin DE BOEVÉ

DYNAMO International – Street Workers Network
Belgium
Edwin de Boevé has a master's degree in education science, in 1984 created Dynamo, a youth outreach service focused on street work in Belgium. A teacher and street worker in Brussels for many years, he is now Director of Dynamo International - Street Workers Network.
The Network is currently made up of many platforms which altogether represent over 51 countries from both the North and the South. By working in the field, the Network aims to increase the effectiveness and quality of practices by means of training, exchange of experiences and practices and the implementation of pedagogical tools. It also strives to generate international mobilization and to build structural and sustainable responses to the problems experienced by people living in the street throughout the world. Dynamo International has organized different events and conferences such as “Social Protection, Citizenship and Streetwork”, “Roma people, Street work and European policies” and two International forums of social street workers.
In this frame, Edwin de Boevé is an international trainer (Haiti, Tunisia, HES-So of Lausanne, Belgian federation of street workers) and supports the mobilisation of street workers. He is responsible for the management and the implementation of the international network's activities and is its spokesman.
He went in mission in DRC from September 2017 to December 2018
He is co-author of several publications, among others, “The role of group action in street work” and “The International Guide on Street Work Methodology”.

Jessica Chi Mei, Li

Jessica Li is an Associate Professor in the Department of Applied Social Sciences at The Hong Kong Polytechnic University, serving as a Ph.D. supervisor and Program Leader for the Master of Social Work program. She earned her Bachelor’s and Ph.D. degrees in Social Work from City University of Hong Kong and a Master’s degree in Philosophy (Criminology) from the University of Cambridge, UK. With over a decade of experience in social services, Professor Li has provided professional support to youth, juvenile offenders, and their families.
In academic research, over the past decade, Professor Li has received funding for six research projects from the Hong Kong Research Grants Council. Her research delves into numerous social issues, including elder fraud, adolescent compensated dating, interactions between arrested youth and police, online sexual exploitation of schoolchildren, the experiences of individuals with special educational needs in the criminal justice system, and relationships between ethnic minority youth and law enforcement. Additionally, she has participated in a research project funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China that uses big data analysis for crime prevention.
Professor Li’s outstanding contributions have earned her numerous awards. In 2024, she was awarded the title of Fellow by the Hong Kong Academy of Social Work and received the Outstanding Paper Award from the Asian Criminological Society. In 2025, she was honored with the Hong Kong Research Grants Council's Humanities and Social Sciences Prestigious Fellowship Award. In 2026, a patented product (Patent No.: HK30127913) was successfully invented and registered, utilizing artificial intelligence technology in a computer application to assist children in preventing online sexual exploitation. To date, Professor Li has published over 55 academic articles in international journals, with recent works featured in Police Quarterly, Child Abuse & Neglect, Asian Journal of Criminology, Journal of Interpersonal Violence, and British Journal of Social Work.

Benjamin YEO

Benjamin is a Lead Social Worker and Senior Assistant Director heading the Youth Department at Fei Yue Community Services in Singapore. He graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Social Work from the National University of Singapore (NUS) and completed a Master's degree in Youth Development from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln (UNL). With over 14 years of experience, Benjamin has worked with and developed programs for NEET (Not in Education, Employment, or Training) youth, ranging from those disengaged and hanging out on the streets to those socially withdrawn and isolating at home. He is currently an Exco Member of the Youth Work Association Singapore (YWAS). Additionally, he serves as an Adjunct Lecturer at NUS, teaching the Urban Youth Work module. In 2018, Benjamin was awarded the Promising Social Worker Award (PSWA) for his contribution to developing the Youth GO! Programme, which serves street youth in Singapore. He was also a participant in the NCSS 40-under-40 (2023). In 2019, he led his team to pioneer the Hidden Youth Outreach Service (HYOS), which serves socially reclusive youth in Singapore. Benjamin has been involved in several research projects examining the local NEET youth phenomenon. He co-authored the research article "Reaching hidden youth in Singapore through the Hidden Youth Intervention Program: A biopsychosocial approach integrating mental health and social work interventions," published in the Frontiers in Psychology Journal in 2023. In 2025, he published his Master's Thesis, "The Science of Lepaking: An exploratory study on how street youths in Singapore choose their hangout companions and form street families before and during the Covid-19 global pandemic," contributing insights into the experiences of at-risk youth on the streets of Singapore.
