Mr. Wing Hung Keswick CHUK

Mr. CHUK has over 31 years of professional experience in social work and has been actively promoting the development of outreach services in Hong Kong, Macau, and Singapore.
He serves as an Honorary Lecturer at The University of Hong Kong and The Chinese University of Hong Kong, teaching courses on youth work and intervention with young offenders. His areas of specialization include services for at-risk and offending youth, drug rehabilitation, restorative and reconciliation services, family support, and career development.
In 2011, he was appointed by the Singapore Government to supervise local non-profit organizations in establishing youth outreach teams under the YouthGO Program.

Professor Wing LO
Vice-President (Research and Development),
Saint Francis University
Professor Wing LO is the Vice-President (Research and Development) at Saint Francis University, where he leads the institution's research strategy and fosters academic innovation. Prior to this role, he served as Associate Vice-President at City University of Hong Kong and was the Head of the Department of Social and Behavioural Sciences.
With a career that began as a youth social worker working with street gangs, he has developed extensive expertise in youth outreach services and has provided advice to governments across different jurisdictions to enhance their policies and practices in this area.
His diverse professional journey reflects a lifelong dedication to advancing research, education, and social impact.
