Many nationalities/regions are visa-exempt for short visits to Hong Kong; typical visa-free stays are 14 to 90 days, depending on nationality. Please ensure your visa-free period covers your entire stay, including buffer days.
Citizens from the following nationalities MUST obtain a travel visa before arrival. To request an official invitation letter from the Conference as a supporting document for your visa application, please complete the official invitation form.
The list of countries below has been cross-checked against the 57 member countries and regions under the Dynamo International Network. Delegates who are not from these 57 countries are kindly advised to check the Hong Kong Immigration Department website to determine whether a pre-arrival visa is required for travel.

Visit Mainland China/ Macau
Mainland China and Macau have separate visa requirements for foreign visitors. Please confirm you are eligible for visa-free stay if you plan to visit before/ after the Conference. The conference organizer mainly assists you in applying visa to enter Hong Kong. If you require additional support for entry to Mainland China and Macau before/ after Conference, please email us for assistance:

If your flight includes transit in a certain country or region, please verify whether the transit country requires a transit visa. Kindly check the airline's website or contact them to confirm transit visa requirements.
Transit Visa examples include
Schengen Area: If transiting through Schengen countries, some nationalities might need a Schengen transit visa.
U.S. & Canada: Transit through the U.S. or Canada often requires a transit visa (e.g., C-1 for the U.S.).
UK: The UK may require a Direct Airside Transit Visa (DATV) depending on your nationality.
Asia & Middle East: Countries like Singapore, Qatar, or UAE may allow visa-free short transits, but others might require specific transit permissions.
